Hi all, Finally I found solution and upgraded to windows 11 23H2. I used this link: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

Fist I tried "Windows 11 Installation Assistant" but does not work. Then I tried second option "Create Windows 11 Installation Media". It worked and able to upgrade to windows 11 23H2 with existing settings and app.

Note: Select Option "Keep Persional files and Apps"
